compare, select and buy the products you need direct from Karelia
Wood Flooring.
We want your shopping experience in our store
to be quick an easy. Here is a simple buyers guide, however if you

Selecting and buying online
The Karelia Wood Flooring store carries most but not all, Karelia
Wood Flooring products and the accessories and supplies that go
with them. Please call if you cannot find the product you are looking
for.

1. Selecting items
As you are shopping, add any items you are considering buying to
your shopping basket by clicking the ADD TO BASKET button. You can
remove it later if you decide you don't want it after all. Each
product will show a description and a price including VAT.
When viewing a flooring product there is a calculator
to help you work out how many packs you would need for your room
and how many m2 this represents. It is advisable to check that your
pack quantity allows for up to 5% wastage.
Beneath the flooring product information you will
see complementary products and accessories such as mouldings and
underlay. You can use the m2 information to help you calculate how
much underlay you would need.

2. Checkout
When you are ready to check out, click on "your basket"
in the right navigation bar. You will be presented with a list of
the items you've selected and the price for each item, including
VAT. You can remove or change the quantity of any item in the basket.
You also have the option to continue shopping. Once you are ready
to proceed click the CHECKOUT button.
You will then be taken through 4 easy steps to
place your order:
- Step 1: review your order details (at this
point you'll see delivery added), add your contact details and
billing address. It's a good idea to print a copy of this summary
for your records.
- Step 2: order confirmation
- Step 3: you will be connected to WorldPay to
enter your card payment details and submit your order (we do not
hold your credit card information)
- Step 4: a member of the Karelia team will contact
you within 5 days to confirm your order and delivery. Your card
will not be debited until you have been contacted.

3. Delivery Information
In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery
charge for the goods. Please use the table below for details of
delivery charges to mainline England and Wales. We apologise that
there may be an extra surcharge for deliveries to some areas of
Scotland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to Eire and Northern Ireland.
If there are any exceptions to the following delivery charges we
will advise you when we contact you to confirm your order.

Standard delivery for those products available
from stock will be 24 -72 hours depending on the quantity you purchase.
For those products which are not immediately available from stock,
an approximate availability will be advised when we contact you
to confirm your order acceptance. You will be notified when your
order is ready for delivery.
Deliveries are made via courier companies to the
“kerb side”. Unfortunately due to insurance guidelines,
drivers are not responsible to take goods into your home. Therefore,
please arrange for adequate help at the time of delivery. (Please
be aware that boxes can weigh in excess of 25 Kilos).
Please inspect all goods immediately on delivery.
This means checking trims, glancing over (but NOT opening) packs
of flooring for visible damage. If the package appears to be damaged
then please refuse the delivery then contact us immediately on 01424
856825. If the delivery is incomplete on arrival only sign for the
products you have received. Failure to do so may affect any warranty
claims that you make thereafter. Claims will not be accepted for
damaged/missing goods if the driver’s ticket is not signed
accordingly.

5. Order by phone
We are happy to take your order over the phone instead of online,
if you prefer. Please call our UK sales centre on 01424 856825 from
Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, where one of the Karelia Wood
Flooring team will take you through the process.
