General Guarantee Conditions

Guarantees are valid when wood flooring has been laid for private use and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Please check that you have the laying instructions with your flooring. If the wood flooring is to be installed on top of under-floor heating, please request different laying instructions if not already supplied. Please do not install faulty pieces as we will exchange them free of charge.

We reserve the right to rectify faulty flooring or to have it rectified by a third party, or to exchange it. If the flooring is to be exchanged the manufacturer has the right to determine the way it is to be returned. The cost of repair will be refunded only if the matter has been agreed beforehand and cover only the floor materials and repair work, not additional expenses. Defects caused by faulty laying are not included in any of the guarantees.
